The location is fantastic. I found numerous restaurants along the street and nearby, it was very convenient. Proximity to a metro station simplified travel around the city. The staff at the hotel were genuinely nice.

The air conditioning in my room did not cool effectively. Reporting it to reception did not resolve the issue. It made sleeping comfortably difficult, especially given the warm weather. Better climate control would significantly improve the experience.

My room offered good space plus comfortable amenities. It had very nice bedding with soft pillows. A quiet room facing the building's interior also ensured a peaceful night.

Staff members demonstrated helpfulness by storing my luggage before check-in. Each interaction with the front desk staff proved pleasant. They were attentive and ready to assist, this helped.

the room i had was quite small (room 631 apparently). the air conditioning in my room did not work well. i reported it to the reception, but the issue persisted was good.

The location is GREAT. I could easily access many shops and cafes (for every taste imaginable!). The staff helped me find a working post office nearby. The room was quiet which i appreciate SO much!

There was no coffee machine in my room. I had to go to the general kitchen for coffee (being on the 6th floor was a bit annoying). the wifi did NOT work one evening. I needed to work and had to use my phone's data.

The staff were SO friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included with delicious fresh pastries. I appreciated the nice white bedding and towels. The room was spotlessly clean, which I value HIGHLY.

Our first encounter after a difficult journey was a very rude man at the check-in desk. The stairwell was like a time warp with dank and grubby carpets. The bed was desperately uncomfortable, with paper-thin duvet and pillows.
